On August 3, 2025, you will receive a healthcare choice letter, which will be sent digitally to your e-Boks or by mail if you have opted out of the digital solution.
You need to actively select which clinic you wish to be registered with. Remember to change the date to September 1, 2025 when you make your choice; otherwise, the clinics listed above will not be available as options.
You can choose your clinic via Min Side on sundhed.dk.
The choice is free of charge, and you can change your selection after the deadline at any time. You can also choose another doctor with available access.
Note: If one of the clinics becomes fully booked before you make your choice, you will no longer be able to register with that clinic.
Deadline for active selection:
You have 21 days to choose — the latest deadline is August 25, 2025.
If you do not choose yourself: If no active choice is made by deadline, you will be automatically assigned to one of the two clinics with available capacity.
