Welcome to Lægerne Bagsværd Nord

As a new patient in our clinic, you will be assigned a primary doctor. However, since we share patients, you are free to choose any of us as your primary doctor. For urgent appointments, it may not always be your primary doctor you see but rather the doctor available for acute patients.

If you wish to have your medical records transferred from your previous doctor, you can either contact them directly and request the transfer or speak with our receptionist, who can arrange for the records to be requested. Please note that the transfer does not happen automatically.

Registration

When you arrive at the clinic, your Health Card must be registered by swiping it through the card reader at the entrance. Alternatively, you can use the app or manually enter your CPR number.

This serves two purposes:

  1. It is recorded in our system that you have arrived, so we know you are ready to be called in.

  2. When the card is registered, the health insurance system can confirm your visit. This is used for clinic audits. If the card is not registered, we will not be compensated for our work

Booking an Appointment

You can schedule an appointment by calling 44 98 50 00 between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but we recommend booking via the Min Læge app.

Min Læge App

Min Læge App

The clinic uses the Min Læge app. With this app, you can book appointments, renew prescriptions, send messages, and conduct video consultations. You can also view test results and vaccinations, as well as see your referrals and find an overview of other specialists.

If you do not use apps, you can still use the website www.laegevejen.dk

Private consultations

Private consultations

This includes travel vaccinations, most medical certificates, and consultations for, for example, tourists who are not covered by the blue health insurance card. Patients with health insurance group 2 have partial private payment.
